Community Guidelines

Knowiz is a market for backing human potential on college campuses. These guidelines keep it a safe, honest, and positive place to build your reputation and support other students.

Who this applies to

Everyone using Knowiz — you must be a verified college or university student, and everything you do here is subject to these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

What's not allowed

  • Harassment or bullying — targeting individuals, pile-ons, or abusive DMs.
  • Hate speech — attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or nationality.
  • Impersonation — pretending to be another person or misrepresenting your school.
  • Fake milestones — claiming achievements you did not earn, or submitting fabricated evidence.
  • Vote manipulation — coordinating up- or down-votes on milestones or content.
  • Multi-account abuse — running more than one Knowiz account per person.
  • Market manipulation — wash trading, coordinated pumps, or automated trading bots.
  • Spam — repetitive posts, off-topic promotion, scams, or phishing.
  • Attempts to bypass platform rules — including evading suspensions or safety systems.

What we expect

  • Be honest about your goals and milestones — evidence is community-verified.
  • Treat every classmate as a real person. Disagreement is fine; contempt is not.
  • Celebrate growth, consistency, and resilience — Knowiz highlights positive achievement, not public shaming.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and pattern, violations may result in:
  • Content removal (a post, goal, or milestone taken down).
  • Stock suspension (your stock is temporarily delisted).
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account removal.
We may act without prior notice when needed to protect the community.
