- Hate speech: attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or nationality.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person or misrepresenting your school.
- Multi-account abuse: running more than one Knowiz account per person.
- Cheating: exploiting bugs, using bots, or coordinating to game the leaderboard.
- Spam: repetitive posts, off-topic promotion, scams, or phishing.

What we expect
- Play fair. Make your own calls and let the results speak.
- Treat every classmate as a real person. Disagreement is fine; contempt is not.
- Celebrate good calls. Knowiz highlights being right, not rubbing it in.

- Temporary account suspension.
- Permanent account removal.
We may act without prior notice when needed to protect the community.
